
I mean.... that's the only explanation I can come up with to explain why I've been calling customer service (1-800-592-5499) at various times during the day, every day since June 28th, and have yet to get anyone to even
put me on hold. You get a recorded message (playable on
my June 28th post, below) that basically says "Yeah, our phone center is full, we're not even going to bother putting you on hold, and this call is disconnecting now. Fuck off, k? Thx, bye."
I guess that's one way to avoid customers who want to change the name on their account?
